Refund policy

Refunds

Refunds are granted in the event that an item was received damaged or defective. Customer must request a refund within 72 hours of delivery date with pictures, or refund will not be honored. Furthermore, Bodied by Maasé will issue refund after items have been received, at that point please allow 5-7 business days for funds to be back on original form of payment.

Returns

A return must be requested within 72 hours of delivery date. ONLY store credit will be provided in the form of a giftcard to the email that was entered at the time of purchase. Your giftcard will be emailed AFTER it has been received at warehouse.

Exchanges

Love it but it doesn't fit? Request an exchange within 72 hours of delivery date! If your desired size is sold out or otherwise unavailable, you will receive STORE CREDIT in the form of a giftcard to the email that was entered at the time of purchase.
